PROJECTS
Housing 6 families with small children at a time, including the house manager, you can imagine the wear and tear that Anna's Home has received over the last five years. While general maintenance is kept up on an ongoing basis, we have decided to take a month to empty the house and address all issues, big and small that could get in the way of our client's comfort.
Below is a general breakdown of the projects we will be focusing on throughout this time in preparation to bring women and children back into Anna's Home as soon as possible.

DECK REPAIR
Repair and replace wood throughout two decks spanning the entire width of the house. Ensure structural soundness and quality.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Work throughout one acre property to update landscaping and ensure infrastructure to support landscaping health and longevity.

DECK PAINT
Power wash both decks. Prime and repaint all decking and railing.

DRYWALL REPAIRS
Fix drywall damage throughout home in preparation for new, high-traffic friendly paint.

INTERIOR PAINT
Repair damage to walls and repaint all interior walls, cabinetry, and baseboards throughout home.

TILE WORK
Replace, repair, and update tile work throughout home as needed to ensure safety and longevity of surfaces.

CARPET STAIRS
Replace worn out carpeting on stairs. (This was not budgeted for in last year's flooring replacement but we will accomplish this year with your support)

WINDOW COVERING
Replace blinds and other window coverings throughout house to ensure ease of use, cleanliness, and consistency.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES & CHILDPROOFING
Stock the house with all products needed to maintain and clean property and house.
